New leadership appointment strengthens Hyderabad GCC as isolved scales product innovation and operations in India

In this role, More will lead isolved’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, scaling engineering capabilities and site operations as the company grows its India presence and accelerates hiring to support product innovation and global operations.

The Hyderabad GCC will support product innovation and global operations while helping isolved deliver a future-ready platform that enables HR teams to recruit, retain and elevate their workforce. isolved is building teams across technology and business functions and is actively recruiting talent in India to support this expansion.

More brings more than 25 years of experience in the global technology landscape, with a track record of building and scaling software engineering organizations. Prior to joining isolved, he helped develop mission-critical systems, built multidisciplinary teams and fostered cultures focused on quality and inclusion. His leadership experience includes roles at Mediaocean and Cyara where he established and scaled software teams from the ground up. At isolved, he will apply his “Build-to-Value” framework to help shape an India organization that delivers measurable impact through innovation and execution.
