
10 NCC Cadets Scale Everest, Felicitated by Govt
In a moment of pride for India, Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh today honored the ten-member National Cadet Corps (NCC) team that successfully scaled Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak. The team, comprising five girls and five boys, achieved this extraordinary feat as part of the NCC’s 100th-anniversary celebrations.
The cadets were part of a meticulously planned NCC Everest Expedition, showcasing exceptional courage, discipline, and resilience. Their achievement highlights the growing strength and capability of India’s youth, especially in adventure sports and national representation.
