Suraksha Group, which acquired Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL), has significantly accelerated construction and infrastructure development across Wish Town township in Noida, marking substantial progress in project completion, occupancy certifications, civic infrastructure, and resident amenities.

The company has successfully completed the construction of 84 towers, comprising 7,913 dwelling units (DUs). Out of these, Occupancy Certificates (OCs) have been received for 42 towers, comprising 4,213 dwelling units. In addition, the company has applied for OCs for 26 more towers, covering 2,229 dwelling units, with approvals expected shortly.

The company has also completed the structural audit of seven towers, comprising 583 dwelling units, for which the Fire NOC for two has been received and for the rest is under process. Structural audits are currently underway for another nine towers, comprising 888 dwelling units.

Once the structural audits and Fire NOCs for these towers are completed, the company will begin the process of applying for Occupancy Certificates. This reflects company’s continued focus on the timely completion and delivery of projects while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Beyond Wish Town, companyhas also achieved significant progress across its other development projects in line with the approved Resolution Plan. The company has secured the revalidation of the Master Plan for LFD-3 (Mirzapur Land Parcel). It has also filed Project Completion with YEIDA for two plotted developments—Yamuna Vihar, comprising 822 plots, and Sunnyvale Homes, comprising 467 plots. These milestones underscore the company's commitment to completing all group housing and plotted developments within the stipulated timelines under the Resolution Plan. Construction and development activities across the remaining clusters are progressing at a rapid pace and remain on track for completion as per the approved schedule.

Besides this, in a major infrastructure milestone, Ganga water supply has now been made available across Wish Town in Sectors 128, 129, 131, 133 and 134, significantly enhancing civic infrastructure and improving the quality of life for residents.

The township's social infrastructure is also witnessing rapid expansion. Overall, eleven cluster clubs are expected to become operational by the end of this financial year, benefiting more than 16000 families residing in Wish Town.

To support the growing residential population, the company has also enhanced the township's power infrastructure. The electrical load capacity of GSS-I has been increased from 19.8 MVA to 35 MVA, while GSS-II currently has a load of 9.7 MVA.

Further strengthening its commercial ecosystem, RERA registration has been obtained for 'Wish Point', the commercial development located in Sector 134, Noida.

Commenting on the progress, Mr. Jash Panchamia, Executive Director, Jaypee Infratech Limited, said: “Our focus has always been on accelerating project completion while simultaneously strengthening the infrastructure and quality of life across Wish Town. The receipt of Occupancy Certificates for 42 towers, expansion of Ganga water supply, the enhancement of power infrastructure, and rapid development of community amenities reflect our commitment to delivering a fully integrated and vibrant township. We are equally focused on enhancing the infrastructure, whether through smart technologies on the Yamuna Expressway or by expanding social infrastructure within the township. Our objective remains to complete the remaining projects in a timely manner while creating long-term value for homeowners and all stakeholders.”

On the Yamuna Expressway, the company continues to enhance sustainability and commuter safety. The company has completed the geo-tagging of nearly 1.5 lakh trees along both sides and the central verge of the expressway, enabling better monitoring, maintenance, and preservation of the green cover.

To further strengthen road safety, AI-based image processing cameras have been installed to detect unusual driving behaviour, including wrong-side driving, unauthorised parking, and the presence of foreign objects or animals on the carriageway. The intelligent system generates real-time alerts, enabling prompt preventive action by the authorities. Additionally, these AI-enabled cameras are being upgraded with fog detection capabilities, which will enable to reduce fog-related accidents during the winter months.

Suraksha continues to work closely with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to expedite approvals, complete the remaining residential towers, and further enhance infrastructure and community facilities across its developments.
